Student Accessibility Services Open House

Student Accessibility Services is holding an Open House at York's Keele campus to help orient new students as they prepare to start their studies. We will discuss supports and services that can help to make the transition to York a success. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of Accessibility Counsellors and to meet other new students. Upper year students registered with Student Accessibility Services will also be present to answer questions. Presentations will include informaiton on assistive technology and "what students need to know in the first month". Attendees will have the opportunity to sit in on different sessions throughout the course of the afternoon.

All students who registered with Student Accessibility Services during the summer term are invited to attend. Information about how to register with our office is available from our New Students page.

Parent(s), or other support person(s), are welcome to attend the Open House with their student. Attendance at the Open House is mandatory for students taking part in Project ADVANCE.
